This hot towel shave is complimented with a straight razor and a hot towel to open the pores and allow for a more comfortable shave, This service over all is good for those gentlemen that like a more deluxe experience.

Cancellation Policy

At Relentless Barber Shop your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 4hrs notice to insure that the barber can have enough time to give that time slot away to another client. Our Policy: Please contact your barber personally if your cancellation is 4 hour or less. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 4hrs will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
